OpenOffice.org 3.2.1

OpenOffice.org 3.2.1. brings along some changes in the graphical user interface. After the acquisition of Sun Microsystems by Oracle all Sun Logos were replaced by Oracle Logos. Furthermore the OpenOffice.org logo was refreshed for the 3.2.1 release. During the last 10 years OpenOffice.org™ has evolved to a quite large project in the FLOSS world and a successful product in the office productivity suite market. Together with our product the OpenOffice.org brand spread over the world. This brand has a tradition of quality and it remains faithful to its origins and it has now a refreshed appearance. Due to issue 111766 the source code had to be fixed, therefore it is now milestone 19 (m19). Because the issue is affecting non-Oracle builds only, no new builds have been created by Oracle and therefore it is still m18.
So, in short OOo 3.2.1 RC 2 = binary m18 + source m19.

The configuration data for extensions is stored in a Berkely DB which was updated to version 4.7.25. This update contains a modified database format (for the technical backgound see issue 100916). Due to this it it not possible to share the user configuration with OOo 3.1.1 or older regarding extensions. This does not affect the normal user configuration. It is recommended to backup the directory with the user installation before installing OOo 3.2.1 and using the configuration also with older versions. The directory can be found here (examples):
